I'm just a regular guy with a passion for Quail Eggs and food adventures from the great restaurants to the great dives and food trucks. Just moved to LA from Arizona but also lived in Detroit, Chicago and the food Mecca NYC. So now I am in search of quail eggs, sushi, burgers and everything interesting in between.
These are a homemade treat of Hama Hama oysters, quail eggs, ponzu and siracha.
